1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bossku88 ("bossku88", "we", "us", "the Company") governing your use of the bossku88 website at bossku88.co and all associated mobile applications, games, services, and content (collectively, the "Platform").
1.2 By registering an account with bossku88 or by continuing to use the Platform after any update to these Terms, you represent that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to comply with them.

3. Account Registration
3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) bossku88 account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using another person's identity are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. bossku88 reserves the right to refuse registration or close accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bossku88 account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify bossku88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 bossku88 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Any activity conducted from your account will be deemed to have been conducted by you unless you have notified bossku88 of a security breach.
3.5 bossku88 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any third party.
4. Deposits & Payments
4.1 All bossku88 account balances are held in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). bossku88 accepts deposits via a range of MYR-denominated payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.
4.2 Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your bossku88 account dashboard. bossku88 does not guarantee processing times but will use reasonable efforts to credit deposits promptly.
4.3 You must only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. bossku88 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership as part of its KYC procedures. Deposits from third-party accounts may be reversed and the deposit amount returned to the originating account.
4.4 bossku88 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such charges.
4.5 bossku88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform.
5. Withdrawals
5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method supporting withdrawals. bossku88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
5.2 Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable processing windows are published in the Withdrawal section of your bossku88 account. Standard verified account withdrawals are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform.
5.3 bossku88 may withhold or delay withdrawal processing where: (a) the account has not completed identity verification (KYC); (b) there is an ongoing investigation relating to the account; (c) an active bonus is subject to wagering requirements that have not been met; or (d) bossku88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or money laundering.
5.4 Any bonus funds that do not meet applicable wagering requirements will be deducted from the withdrawal amount. bossku88 will not process withdrawal of funds that do not represent genuine gaming activity.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 bossku88 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time. The specific terms of each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry periods, and maximum bonus amounts, are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.
6.2 Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply on bossku88:
- Bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet and are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the relevant promotion terms before they may be withdrawn.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time per bossku88 account unless the promotion terms state otherwise.

7. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct
7.1 You agree to use bossku88 only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bossku88:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display anomalies in any game to obtain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in collusion with other players, including in live dealer games.
- Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
- Registering multiple accounts on bossku88 or using another person's identity to create an account.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.
7.2 bossku88 employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Any account found to be in violation of this section may be immediately suspended, all winnings from prohibited conduct will be voided, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All intellectual property rights in and to the bossku88 Platform, including but not limited to the bossku88 brand name, logo, website design, game content, software, and all related materials, are owned by or licensed to bossku88. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any bossku88 intellectual property.
8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bossku88 content without prior written authorisation from bossku88.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bossku88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
9.2 bossku88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, or technical disruptions may temporarily affect availability. bossku88 will not be liable for losses arising from such disruptions.
9.3 Where a game result is voided due to a verified software error, the affected bet will be returned to your bossku88 wallet balance. bossku88 is not liable for any additional amounts beyond the original stake.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits bossku88's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
10.1 bossku88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you are found to be in breach of these Terms; (b) bossku88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; (c) you fail to complete identity verification within required timeframes; or (d) continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
10.2 You may close your bossku88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining cleared balance (net of any voided bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following account verification.
10.3 bossku88 reserves the right to withhold funds from a suspended or terminated account where there are ongoing investigations relating to fraud, prohibited conduct, or regulatory compliance until those investigations are resolved.
11. Responsible Gaming

12. Dispute Resolution

12.2 Where a dispute relates to the outcome of a game, bossku88's records of game results shall be the primary source of reference. Server-side game logs are maintained and available for audit purposes.
12.3 In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, players may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by the gaming authority under which bossku88 operates.
12.4 These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable gaming authority arbitration framework, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
13. Amendments
